Spiritual Direction
We usually meet every 4–6 weeks, allowing space for reflection, integration, and the slow unfolding of what is emerging in your life. This rhythm creates time to live with questions between sessions, where insight often continues to deepen in quiet and unexpected ways.
Each session offers a space of deep listening, contemplative reflection, and discernment. Together we attend to what is arising—through experience, silence, and conversation—without forcing outcomes, but allowing meaning to reveal itself over time.
Fees
I work according to a sliding scale from €70 to €120 per session (excluding VAT), depending on your income and resources.
If you are in a position to contribute more, your generosity helps make it possible for me to offer reduced rates to those with limited financial means. I also offer a limited number of free sessions for young adults who are unable to pay.
If these rates are a barrier, you are warmly invited to get in touch to explore a mutually sustainable arrangement.

In spiritual direction, we also attend to how God may be present and active in your life. This becomes a space for contemplation, deepening awareness, and listening for a quieter sense of meaning and direction.
