Sacred Art

As part of my own contemplative practice, I write icons and paint or draw my dreams.  As a third year icon student, I am in love with the traditional method of painting with tempera - egg yolk and natural pigments and with the symbolism behind each piece.  Below is a selection of some of my icons as well as some dream images.  We can use dreams during coaching as a precious tool to unpack what our unconscious mind might be wanting to bring to light.  I also use dream images during collective meditations and visualisations and can teach you how to develop your own dream recording and creative practices.
